My teaching philosophy is short, simple, and true; Every child is
special, and every child can learn, as long as they do their best in
every area. The way students perceive their teacher has
everything to do with their ability to learn in the classroom. The
relationship I have with my students is that of mutual respect.
Although I am strict, I am also fair, which is a concept my students
understand. Unacceptable behavior is not tolerated. I expect each
child to respect others with words, and actions. It is amazing how
well a child does academically when he/she behaves properly. At
the end of the school year, if each child has learned, and improved
according to their ability, then I believe, success has been achieved.
